Kotak Mahindra Bank clears Recruitment 2013 for 1500-2000 posts

Kotak Mahindra Bank (KMB) is likely to recruit around 1500-2000 employees in the current financial year. KMB reporting good growth and plans to add Kotak about 100 new branches to its fold by the end of this fiscal year. The board proposed to recruit freshers through off-campus drives and also experienced employees.

The bank has reported 42.61% rise in its net profit at Rs 402.82 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 282.45 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank has increased by 28.95%  this year and leaping towards good growth.

How to Fill IT Tax Returns Free online ITR 1 2012-13 Step by Step Process. You can return IT returns for Free. Easy and Quick Steps

This article is written just to help the employees to fill their Tax and author would not be held responsible for any of the wrong filings, unwritten steps. The usage of this document is whole and soul responsibility of the person using it. All the values printed here are Random values for illustration only.

1. Log into the below link of the Income Tax
https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing/UserLogin/LoginHome.html?nextPage=efile#main
2. If you are not registered Click on Register Now and fill all the Details. PAN Number, Date Of Birth is Important fields.
3. Once Registered Login into the above link using the PAN Number, Password and Date of Birth
4. On the left hand side there is a Quick Link as below

5. Click on Download ITR and select the assessment year as 2013-14 in the window as shown below.

6. Click on ITR1 and select ITR1. Download the Excel sheet as marked above.
7. An Excel sheet will be downloaded (in zip)
8.Unzip the Excell sheet and open it
9.Opening this shows the Security Warning .Enable macros after opening Excel.
10. Click on Options.. and it pops up the new window as “Security alert. Clcik on “enable this
Content and Press on OK.
11. Fill the Information in the Excel sheet of”Income Details” as below

12. Open the Form-16 Form.
13. Fill the info in the Excel as required.
14.Click validate after you finish each tab in excel as shown below.

15.Go to the first page of the excel sheet “Income Tax Details” It will  “Generate” details.
16.Once finished Clock Generate XML File
17. This would generate the XML sheet in the same folder where the Excel sheet is filed.
18.Go to the Quick Link Page and click on Upload Return

19. The PAN number will be shown in the PAN Section.
20. Select the ITR form, assessment year.
21. Click on Browse and upload the XML file that is generated in the step
22. This will be uploaded and is shown as below.
23. ITR-V will be generated in PDF format. You can take the Printout of it or it will be sent to the e-mail that is mentioned in the Excel sheet.
24. Open the PDF sheet that is Password protected. The Password will be <<PAN>><<DD>><<MM>><<YY>>.<<PAN” should be lower case.
25. Sign the ITR-V and sent to Income tax department-CPC, by ordinary post ( you need 5 rupee stamp)

Interpreting SSC 2012 Results Marks from Grading System Andhra Pradesh Board

The Grading Process is given subject wise for each and every subject based on grace points at the final list .Grades such as A1, A2,B1,B2,C1,C2,D1,D2,E/Fail . Total of 9 Grades , and the Points from 3-10 Points for each grade .There are no points for failure/failed candidates .The Total points are taken and added and then it is divided with number of subjects and the results will be given in points and thus it was the final points for the students and he can have a grade. 10th class results 2012 grades are given below

A1 (GPA - 10): 550 - 600 
A2 (GPA - 9): 499 - 549
B1 (GPA - 8): 448 - 498 
B2 (GPA - 7): 397 - 447
C1 (GPA - 6): 346 - 396

Example 1: 
A Student Achieved Every subject with 92-100 Marks Range , the he gets complete 10 Points each for every subject , then the total six subjects of 10 each and he get's 60 Points with 6 Subjects
Thus 60 is divided by 6 : ( 60/6) and results 10 Points .
60/6 = 10 Points =A1 Grade. 

Example 2: 
If your Grade follows like A1+A2+A1+A1+A2+A1 in 6 subjects.Then your Grade Points calculation calculate as 10+9+10+10+9+10=58/6=9.66. Here your Grade Points=9.66.

Transposing or converting data in a row to column in MS EXCEL

STEPS:

1) Copy the Row to be transposed

2) Go to an Empty row

3) Right Click Mouse-> Paste Special

4) Select Values in Paste options

5)Tick Transpose option in Operations.

6) Clock Ok

7) Task is accomplished

      1)    Open the file using adobe 11 or lower recent versions

      2)     For Adobe 10

      We can convert the scanned PDF into Searchable PDF by using the option available in acrobat writer. Go to tools, then go to Recognize Text option and then go to In this File and click ok to convert the pdf.
